Most of us feel fear, dread or anxiety when dealing with a conflict. But the truth is, conflict isn't good or bad. What creates opportunities or destroys relationships is how we respond to it. De-Escalate with E.A.S.E. is designed to introduce participants to behaviors and techniques to de-escalate conflict, build trust and gain self-confidence.


During this three-hour, live instructor-led workshop, participants will:

  • Explore the foundation of conflict and the thoughts, words and behaviors that escalate it

  • Learn methods to calm the fight-or-flight response

  • Discover how to use body language, words and mindset to change conflict dynamics

  • Practice using a simple four-step framework of constructive behaviors proven to reduce conflict

  • Experience real scenarios that provide the skills and confidence to manage conflict productively
